This grill is excellent and has replaced my smoker and propane grill. The flat grates are easy to clean, the temperature is accurate and consistent, and it looks nice. My friends are always in awe of how easy to use this smoker/grill is. Do not let it get wet with pellets in it! If you have any troubles, reach out to Coyote as they have amazing customer service. My touchscreen calibration went out, but they sent me a video on how to fix it within 5 minutes. I was scared to go with a brand I haven't heard of, but have been nothing but pleased.
So thrilled with my purchase so far (about 2 years). Big differentiator is having the pellet loader in the front.
